The mission of the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center is to deliver quality health care services to the people of St. Croix. St. Croix’s only hospital provides round-the-clock emergency room care, including advanced cardiac treatment.
Challenge
Hospital has experienced a number of high profile PR issues. Restore faith in board, executive team and hospital services as well as internally elevate brand that will in turn support recruitment efforts.
Recommendation
Rebrand hospital creative look and feel, Develop website that communicates hospital investment in technology and family medicine. Elevate physicians, executive team and board. Provide HR job manager for recruitment marketing and PR portal for media.
Method
Multi level site that meet the needs of internal and government stakeholders as well as patients. CMS with multi-permissions for various departments. Website security and server management.
